Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains what information Guildivity (“we”, “us”) collects through the Guildivity mobile app (Android package com.guildivity.app) and the website guildivity.com, and how it is used. Guildivity is made by an independent developer. Questions: [email protected].
The short version
- Your quests, progress, hero, and any enemy or boss names you type are stored only on your own device. We never receive them.
- The app does not require an account, and we don't ask for your name, phone number or location.
- Free players see ads only in the game parts of the app (the Arena and the dungeon mini-game), never on your quests. Google AdMob shows them and may use your device's advertising ID.
- If you buy Premium, Google Play handles the payment. We only learn whether your subscription is active, never your card details.
- We never sell your personal information.
Information that stays on your device
Everything you create in the app — tasks, categories, XP, levels, streaks, achievements, dungeon bosses and their names, arena progress and gear, cosmetics, and settings such as sound — is saved locally on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. If you uninstall the app or use “Start over” in the app, this data is erased from your device.
Ads in the game (Google AdMob)
Free players see ads only in the game parts of Guildivity: optional reward ads you choose to watch (for a power-up, a revive or extra loot), and occasional short full-screen ads between Arena runs, never during your first days and never more than once every few minutes. Ads never appear on your quests, dungeon tasks or level-ups. They are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID),
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language), and
- how you interact with ads.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are used, through Google's consent message. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Premium subscribers see no ads. Learn more in how Google uses information in ads and Google's Privacy Policy.
Premium subscriptions (Google Play Billing and RevenueCat)
Premium is sold through Google Play. Google processes your payment under Google Payments' privacy notice; we never see your card or bank details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives a random app user ID it creates (not your name or email), your purchase and subscription history for Guildivity (product, price, dates, renewal status), and basic device information such as model, operating system, app version and country. This is used only to unlock Premium on your device, restore purchases, and count sales. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Contacting us from the app
The Help & Support screen opens your own email app with a message addressed to [email protected]. If you leave “Include app & device details” switched on, the email also contains the app version, your phone's operating system, your hero level and whether you have Premium. You can turn this off before sending. We receive only what you send, and use it only to reply and fix problems.
Waitlist (website)
If you join the waitlist on guildivity.com, we collect your email address. We use it only to tell you when Guildivity launches and about major updates. Your email is stored in a Google Form owned by the Guildivity account (Google LLC processes it for us). The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep information
- Game data: only on your device, until you delete it.
- Support emails: kept in our inbox while needed to help you, then deleted on request.
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Purchase records: kept by Google and RevenueCat as long as needed for billing, tax and legal reasons.
Security and where data is processed
Information sent to Google and RevenueCat travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). These companies may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards and privacy policies.
Children
Guildivity is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and deleting your data
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA in California), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or object to how it is used. Because your game data never leaves your device, you delete it yourself by uninstalling the app or using “Start over”. To delete your waitlist email, support emails, or the purchase record RevenueCat holds for your app user ID, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. To stop personalised ads, use the ad settings on your device.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
